  • What is your return policy?

    Because bundles are personalized to specifically fit the requests of the buyer, returns are not accepted. If you have a problem with your order, like a damaged item, then please reach out to us by visiting the contact page.

  • Do you offer worldwide shipping?

    Right now, Bibliophile Bundles only offers shipping within the U.S. We are actively working on expanding our shipping locations and will let you know the minute they become available. If you’d like your location to be added to our shipping options, let us know in our TikTok comments!

  • What is a Mystery Bundle?

    A Mystery Bundle includes 15 items that are chosen for you at random. You can still choose your desired color, or let us pick the color for you. These are the orders most likely to be featured on our TikTok page.

  • What is a TikTok Packaging Feature?

    A TikTok Packaging Feature guarantees that your order will be packaged in one of our TikTok reels. You must add the TikTok Package Feature item to your cart with the purchase of a bundle in order for us to fulfil this request. If you’d like to be tagged in your packaging video, make sure you put your TikTok handle in the notes for your order and we’ll give you a shout out when your order video is posted.

  • What if I just want to purchase one item, not a bundle?

    Bibliophile Bundles currently offers the individual sale of our Book Necklace. All of our other products can only be purchased by ordering a bundle. If you have requests of items you’d like to buy individually, let us know on our TikTok or by visiting out contact page.

  • What if my bundle doesn't look like the product photo?

    Our bundles will always include the advertised items that are found on our product pages. There might be varying colors (ex. a light blue pen vs. a dark blue pen), but we always do our best to stick as close to what we advertise as possible.

  • What if the bundle I want is sold out?

    Keep an eye on our website and our TikTok for news of when the next restock will be. If a restock is scheduled, you will see it on a banner on our home page and in the bio of our TikTok. We try to restock products as fast as possible so you can continue reading!
